Christopher Rose (he/they) is originally from Seattle, Washington and currently resides in Portland, Oregon. He has received grants from the Oregon Arts Commission, Jade District/Midway Artist Placemakers Project, the Regional Arts and Culture Council, and is a 2019 recipient of an Oregon Literary Fellowship. He is an alum of the Cave Canem Workshop and VONA Workshop, and he has an MFA in Genre Writing from Western Colorado University. His poems have appeared in Vinyl Poetry, FreezeRay, Fjords Review: Black American Edition, TAYO Literary Magazine, The Hawaii Review, Cha: An Asian Literary Journal, Pank Magazine: Healing Portfolio and others.
