Sponsorships

All that PLAYA is and does would not be possible without the support of foundations, businesses, and individuals who help PLAYA achieve its mission every day. PLAYA sponsorships are an opportunity to position yourself, your business, or your organization before an extensive community of influential creative entrepreneurs, business leaders, art and science enthusiasts, and other supporters of PLAYA. Included with each sponsorship is a prominent listing on PLAYA’s website and in all collateral material, including PLAYA’s annual anthology.

$15,000 Thematic Residency Sponsor
Underwrites the cost of one specialized thematic/invitational residency session, such as “String Theories”, “Information and Inspiration” or “Folkways” (see listing on Residency page). Donor receives a weekend for six at PLAYA that includes lodging, food, and guided tours by a noted area expert.  The donor’s logo will be displayed on PLAYA’s web page and in all collateral material for one year.

$10,000 Twelve Months of PLAYA Presents
Underwrites the annual cost of the monthly PLAYA Presents held on campus and featuring open studios, performances, readings and discussions with resident artists and scientists. Transportation from Lakeview and Christmas Valley is provided and extensive advertising is done prior to each monthly event. Donor receives a weekend for four at PLAYA that includes lodging, food, and guided tours by a noted area expert.  The donor’s logo will be displayed on PLAYA’s web page and in all collateral material for one year.

$10,000 Twelve Months of PLAYA Travels
Underwrites the annual cost of taking PLAYA on the road to offer workshops, performances and presentations at schools and community centers in Lake, Harney and Deschutes counties. Donor receives a weekend for four at PLAYA that includes lodging, food, and guided tours by a noted area expert.  The donor’s logo will be displayed on PLAYA’s web page and in all collateral material for one year.

$10,000 Resident’s Cabin Sponsor
This exciting one-time opportunity underwrites the cost of upgrades needed in the eight cabins and eight studio spaces on the PLAYA campus.  Donor receives the right to name the cabin or studio, choosing from natural features in the region as well as a “naming” weekend for two that includes lodging, food, and guided tours by a noted area expert.  The donor’s logo will be displayed on PLAYA’s web page and in all collateral material for one year.

$5,000 Named Fellowship Award
Establishes a one-time Fellowship named after an individual, company or organization.  The Fellowship can be earmarked for a specific category within the arts and sciences. Donor receives a weekend for two that includes lodging, food, and guided tours by a noted area expert. The donor’s logo will be displayed on PLAYA’s web page and in all collateral material for one year.

$3,500 Fellowship Sponsor
Underwrites the cost of a four week residency that can be earmarked for a specific category of resident fellows. The donor’s logo will be displayed on PLAYA’s web page and in all collateral material for one year.

$1,500 Studio Supplies
Underwrites the cost of studio supplies in a specific studio for one year. The donor’s logo will be displayed on PLAYA’s web page and in all collateral material for one year.

$500 Publication Sponsor
The donor’s image/logo/ad will be displayed in PLAYA’s annual anthology.
